Ask Yara for a discovery call How it works
No big bet up front.
You pay per outcome, once it's delivering.
What it does

AI scheduler, run exactly the way you would.

01Offers slots that fit interviewer and candidate availability in real time.
02Handles reschedules, no-shows and time-zone maths automatically.
03Keeps your ATS and calendars in lockstep.

The outcome you pay for: A confirmed interview on the calendar.

How it works

You don't take the risk. We do.

01Discovery. Our developers and analysts learn your exact process on a call.
02Configure. We build your agent around that process: your steps, your decisions, your systems.
03UAT. We test it with you until it's right, and agree what "the outcome" means.
04Go live. Your agent starts working, day and night.
05Pay per outcome. You only start paying once it's delivering, with nothing up front.
