Ask Yara for a discovery call How it works
No big bet up front.
You pay per outcome, once it's delivering.
What it does

Interview companion, run exactly the way you would.

01Captures structured notes against your scorecard as the interview happens.
02Drafts the debrief and next-step comms for the panel to approve.
03Chases the sign-offs that usually slip through the cracks.

The outcome you pay for: A written debrief and the next step actioned.

How it works

You don't take the risk. We do.

01Discovery. Our developers and analysts learn your exact process on a call.
02Configure. We build your agent around that process: your steps, your decisions, your systems.
03UAT. We test it with you until it's right, and agree what "the outcome" means.
04Go live. Your agent starts working, day and night.
05Pay per outcome. You only start paying once it's delivering, with nothing up front.
